ARIA (Agent for Realtime Interactions and Analytics), is a conversational A.I. that can roleplay with you to help you practice your customer service skills. You will receive feedback and insights at the end of your session.

Roleplay Scenario: You're a frontline leader at a hotel, addressing a complaint from a disgruntled guest. They have had a frustrating experience during their recent stay.

The scenario will begin with ARIA at the front desk and seeking to speak to the hotel manager. Here are your goals for this session:

  • Acknowledge ARIA's Concerns: Demonstrate empathy for their experience and validate their feelings.
  • Gather Specific Feedback: Ask open-ended questions to understand ARIA's perspective and gather details about their experience.
  • Collaborate on Solutions: Work together to identify actionable steps to resolve the issues and improve future experiences, ensuring ARIA feels heard and involved in the resolution process.

Before you begin:


This session will take about 3 mins.


The demo experience includes approximately five exchanges between you and the A.I., after which a performance report will be generated.


For best results, we recommend completing the session and then viewing your performance report. However, you can end the demo at anytime by saying "quit simulation" or pressing "q".
